UDC Requests
Users initiate new or modified UDC entries via an intuitive form. These requests automatically route through a preconfigured approval workflow that includes fields for comments, attachments, and audit history. Once approved, UDCs are updated directly in JDE with full traceability.
Design
Forms include dynamic dropdowns populated from JDE’s current UDC lists. Dropdowns can be set to refresh nightly, on approval, or pull live. This ensures that users only choose from validated options—no more mismatched codes or incorrect entries.
Audit Control
Approvals can be reviewed and approved from the K-Rise native mobile app or any browser. All changes are logged, searchable, and tied to user IDs. Users can receive email or push notifications as requests move through the process.
