Enhancing JDE Business Processes at FOX: OKTA Authentication, HR ESS & Vendor On-Boarding (Add to Agenda)

We needed to enhance many processes. Thankfully we found a platform solution that fit all of our needs. We’ve even been able to continually customize them all from the same solution. These are just some of our projects:
A JDE integrated Vendor On-Boarding portal used by multiple user-types that streamlined a web form with attachments, workflow notification & approval processes both for new & existing vendors. With final approval, the JDE Address Book record is created.
We replaced legacy HR ESS for Corporate (5,000+) & Contract (15,000+) employees. The new system is now cost effective, has better change & workflow management tied to 20% in annual growth. Automated address changes, banking, pay stub & time off requests allows the limited Payroll team to focus on other strategic initiatives.
In 2018 we implemented Gartner recommended OKTA Single Sign-On Authentication for the above portals and more.Live demos of projects and how a platform solution takes care of many needs.
AstroNova’s JDE Web Storefront – Easy Customization after Base Install (Add to Agenda)

AstroNova is a global leader in developing and applying data visualization technologies in products serving industrial, packaging, aerospace, and defense markets.
Our basic JDE integrated e-commerce requirements included (1) Attractive & Easy-to-Use, (2) Customer Pricing & Availability, (3) Billing and (4) Quick Deployment. Never having a web storefront sales channel, we elected to do a base install with customization after. EASYCommerce is platform based, easily providing this ‘net change’ deployment approach. Only 2 weeks after project start, all software and integration was in place and we began User Acceptance Testing. This allowed to now better identify the project details including: (1) Quick Re-Order with few clicks, (2) Multiple Payment Methods (A/R, Card & ACH), (3) Inquiries beyond Order Invoice, Back-Order, Payments, Statements, (4) Returns and (5) Freight Calculation.Even going through the change order method, our site was live in 6 months.
