Christie’s art auction house has been around since 1766. Christie’s offers around 350 auctions annually in over 80 categories, including all areas of fine and decorative arts, jewelry, photographs, collectibles, wine, and more.
Christie’s internally developed a strategic global auctioning and bidding solution called “My Christie’s.” In 2015 an Online Payments RFP to expand My Christie’s functionality for Credit Card / E-Check was issued. The payments solution needed to work against a version of JDE E1 extremely customized for auctions (Lots, Hammer Price, etc.) and with the Adyen Payments Processing platform.
Christie’s selected K-Rise Systems and their EASYPay / EASYCommerce solution. Integration between My Christie’s, JDE E1, and Adyen was based on REST APIs, iFrame, and Adyen Hosted Payment Page technology. The solution provided Responsive / Adaptive design technology for Smartphone Browser Functionality.
Subsequent live phases include checkout with online sales, and fetching sale / lot data out of JDE specific to their PRISM system. Future projects are already on the horizon as Christie’s understands the potential of EASYProcess.

Graymont wanted to have a modern e-commerce site that would be a 24/7 storefront, making it easier on customers to place orders.
Graymont customers have accounts with a bill-to address number linked to multiple ship-to address numbers. Each ship-to has it’s own catalog of items, that are set up with individual pricing. Because of this, users need to first select a ship-to after logging in to display the correct catalog.
The items they add to the cart will stay in the cart linked to that ship-to. If they were to then switch ship-to’s, they would have a clean cart and, the new items would show up for that ship-to’s catalog. If they were to go back to the original ship-to that had items in the cart, those items would be saved and ready to order.

About Treasury Wine Estates (TWE)
Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is one of the world’s largest wine companies with 3,500+ employees representing 70 popular brands.
TWE acquired the wine division of Diageo Chateau & Estate. Distributors exclusively created SAP orders from a web e-commerce portal, additionally TWE customers wanted self-service ordering & inquiry. It was mandatory JDE e-commerce go-live coincided with JDE ERP go-live for the acquired business.
TWE requires customers to specify one of seven Branch Plant locations on their JDE sales orders.
