Because of the nature of Amway’s broad product line: high quality nutrition, wellness, beauty and home products, the ability for suppliers to update their pricing based on a number of variables is crucial to their relationship with Amway. This updating, by Amway staff, could regularly span hundreds of items becoming a manual data entry bottleneck. Amway turned to K-Rise Systems and EASYProcess to be able to move mass updating into the supplier’s hands, in a managed way, with full approvals by Amway staff. The ongoing release of this application to the supplier community has already had a net impact of two FTEs.
