Some of K-Rise Systems customers work on several enterprise projects a year and are able to hand K-Rise a completed requirement on kick-off day. Others ask that K-Rise Systems be part of the pre-development process and help build the requirement document for them. Often the role of K-Rise Systems is a blend of both. K-Rise offers a requirements gathering team that can meet the needs you have for your implementation. They can suggest solid best practices as well as solutions unique to your business needs.

Management Services

Some of K-Rise Systems customers request that K-Rise take full reigns of the implementation from requirements gathering to go-live. This is always an available option. It may be a consideration to look to third-party consultant management and K-Rise Systems will certainly work with your chosen management, but we certainly hope you will consider allowing us, with our indepth knowledge of EASYProcess development, to serve you in that capacity.

Pre-built Product Implementation

After sign-off on the requirements document and setup of the necessary systems and environments, implementation can begin. Development can be very fast. Within the first two weeks of calendar time there will be parts of your application that are ready for feedback. K-Rise Systems uses an agile like iteration development style that can allow your stakeholders to make changes to the requirement as they see it develop. No longer are you stuck with a beta that turns out to not be what users need. While, of course, K-Rise Systems will work with you to a solid requirement, there is nothing like seeing the actual application, working. Often with remarkably little additional billing changes in midstream can be made towards a newly discovered better direction. K-Rise Systems to date has no customers with shelf-ware, that is, applications that went live and then languish, unused.

System Administration // EASYProcess Development

System Administration

Your IT staff can be trained to maintain the EASYProcess platform that now resides within your network. Training on creation of additional environments, moving development updates between those environments and giving access to programmers and administrators to specific applications are all available. Because EASYProcess is an enterprise platform we will instruct the appropriate staff on the pieces specific to their expertise, e.g. mail servers, JDE interop and managing firewalls.

EASYProcess Development

All K-Rise Systems modules are built with EASYProcess which makes them very organic in nature. Some of K-Rise Systems customers request that their staff be trained to do on going rollouts for the application. K-Rise Systems will design a 3-4 week training program, some on-site, some remote, to give the keys to your developers to grow this application. One thing to be careful of is that this kind of training can result in developers who can now produce double the amount of useful applications than before. K-Rise Systems warns that this kind of unheard of productivity can be highly impactful to the bottom line.
