While eCommerce is the trend, phone ordering is here to stay for the foreseeable future. Make sure you are securing your customers' credit card information.

You receive orders by phone/fax/mail etc. Credit Card transaction is entered into the EASYPayment portal. 128-bit encryption takes over securing that data safely whether in-house or with a 3rd party hosting site, like CIM from Authorize.net.

Upon shipment AR can then capture the transaction through the portal. Once entered, the data is never again exposed anywhere in your processes. It is safe.
